REFUND POLICY


Requests for refunds must be made in writing and e-mailed to familylawreviewcourse@mcraemeetings.com no later than January 12, 2018. A $75 fee will apply to all cancelations. After this date, no refund requests will be accepted. This policy also applies to ‘fee waiver’ registrants. Registration fees are non-transferable, unless transferred to a qualifying colleague at the same price paid. An attorney practicing less than 5 years can only transfer registration fees to another attorney practicing less than 5 years. Transfers after January 12th will incur a $300 fee.

CLE CREDITS


The 2018 Marital & Family Law Review Course has been approved for the following CLE Credit.

CLE Program:
General: 15 hours
Ethics: 2.5 hours

Certification Program:
Marital & Family Law: 15.0 hours

CONTINUING JUDICIAL EDUCATION
Judges may apply for up to 13.25 non-conference sponsored CJE hours for this course, of which .75 are ethics credits, by submitting a written request for credit, including the course name, date and actual hours of attendance to CJEMAIL@flcourts.org. Please reference course number 18-01.
