REGISTRATION FEE INFORMATION
ANY person registering to attend the Marital & Family Law Certification Review Course shall fit into one of the categories identified. If any registrant is not a Member of the Family Law Section, a Florida registered paralegal, fulltime law college faculty, law student nor a person attending under a policy of fee waivers*, then the registrant shall fall under the Non-Family Law Section Member category. Family Law Section Member - $949 or $1,048 w/ Books (Must be a CURRENT MEMBER of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar)
Attorney 5 Years or Less - $799 or $898 w/ Books (For attorneys who have been practicing LESS THAN 5 YEARS. To select this rate, you must indicate the year you were admitted to the Bar in the Registrant Information section of this form).
Paralegals, Full-time Law College Faculty or Law Student - $649 or $748 w/ Books (Florida registered paralegals, full-time law college faculty, or full-time law students only.)
Partial Fee Waiver Eligible - $549 or $648 w/ Books (*Persons that may attend under the policy of partial fee waiver include ONLY Supreme Court, DCA, Circuit and County Judges, Magistrates, Judges of Compensation Claims, Administrative Law Judges, and full-time legal aid attorneys if directly related to their client practice. We reserve the right to verify employment).
Non-Family Law Section Member - $1,049 or $1,148 w/ Books (If any registrant is not a Member of the Family Law Section, a Florida registered paralegal, fulltime law college faculty, law student nor a person attending under a policy of fee waivers*, then the registrant shall fall under the Non-Family Law Section Member category.

REFUND POLICY
Requests for refunds must be made in writing and sent to familylawreviewcourse@mcraemeetings.com no later than January 5, 2024.A $75 fee will apply to ALL cancellations. After this date, NO REFUND REQUESTS will be accepted. This policy also applies to ‘partial fee waiver’ registrants. Registration fees are non-transferable, unless transferred to a qualifying colleague at the same price paid. Transfers after January 5 will incur a $300 fee.

The brochure and all materials distributed to attendees of The Marital and Family Law Review Course presented by The Family Law Section of The Florida Bar and the Florida Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers have been developed and conducted without any endorsement by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization & Education or certification committees. This course is intended to provide a comprehensive review of the subject matter, and it may help candidates prepare for a certification examination. Those who have developed the program have no information regarding the examination content other than the information contained in the examination specifications that are also provided to each examinee. Candidates for certification who take this course should not assume that the course material will cover all topics on the examination or that the examination will cover all topics in the course material.
