ANY person registering to attend the Marital & Family Law Certification Review Course shall fit into one of the categories identified. If any registrant is not a Member of the Family Law Section, a Florida registered paralegal, fulltime law college faculty, law student nor a person eligible for a Partial Fee Waiver, then the registrant shall fall under the Non-Family Law Section Member category. Requests for refunds must be made in writing and sent to familylawreviewcourse@mcraemeetings.com no later than January 5, 2026. A $75 fee will apply to ALL cancellations. After this date, NO REFUND REQUESTS will be accepted. This policy also applies to ‘partial fee waiver’ registrants. Registration fees are non-transferable, unless transferred to a qualifying colleague at the same price paid. Transfers after January 5 will incur a $300 fee.
