ANY person registering to attend the Marital & Family Law Certification Review Course shall fit into one of the categories identified. If any registrant is not a Member of the Family Law Section, a Florida registered paralegal, full-time law college faculty, law student nor a person attending under a policy of fee waivers*, then the registrant shall fall under the Non-Family Law Section Member category. The group rate is $150 per night. Does not include a Fast Pass.

A limited number of rooms are available at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort for the same rate of $219 a night without the ExpressPass benefit. Sapphire Falls is a Loews property connected to the Loews Royal Pacific convention space with a covered and air conditioned walkway. Please note, this option does not include ExpressPass to the Universal theme parks.
The room block rate begins January 25, 2020 and continues through February 6, 2020.

Requests for refunds must be made in writing and e-mailed to email@example.com no later than January 10, 2020. A $75 fee will apply to all cancellations. After this date, no refund requests will be accepted. This policy also applies to ‘fee waiver’ registrants. Registration fees are non-transferable, unless transferred to a qualifying colleague at the same price paid. An attorney practicing less than 5 years can only transfer registration fees to another attorney practicing less than 5 years. Transfers after January 10th will incur a $300 fee.

CONTINUING JUDICIAL EDUCATION
Judges may apply for up to 15.0 non-conference sponsored CJE hours for this course, of which 4.0 are ethics credits, by
submitting a written request for credit, including the course name, date and actual hours of attendance to
CJEMAIL@flcourts.org. Please reference course number 20-00.
